Everyone deserves an equal
opportunity to succeed.

Social justice starts with you.

We recognize that social justice can be difficult to talk about. And if you have made it to this website, you probably want to be part of the solution, but you don't necessarily know what you can do to help. You are not alone!

Change is not always easy, but it starts with simply recognizing that we all have the power to make a meaningful impact. By understanding implicit bias, we can de-stabilize the stereotypes that support them - in schools, in the workplace and in our communities.

It starts with you... but we're here to help!

In Schools

We empower educators to provide equity in programs of study, that are welcoming, accessible and representative of the community. We do so by curating resources for:

  • Culturally relevant content to elevate curriculum and provide students with knowledge, context and the life skills to thrive in our ever-changing world.
  • Training for culturally responsive instruction
  • Positive mentoring opportunities to support young people in under-resourced communities of color.
  • Scholarships that are committed to increasing diversity in staff and student bodies.

What is your perspective?

Your perspective is the unique way you see something. Every person experiences and understands things and events differently depending on their age, gender, social position, personal history, beliefs and values.

Aesop once famously said -

“There are many statues of men slaying lions, but if only the lions were sculptors there might be quite a different set of statues.”
